New Low-Level Quests? - Guild Wars Forums

Are there any new quests for non-ascended players? Or is it just the added gold rewards for those people?

Someday...someday soon...one of my chars WILL ascend. I feel it coming. If only I didn't have to work.

No, but they did say that some low level quests will offer gold rewards now as well

yeah I hear ya... all these ascended and already beat the game ppl out there... I've invested 300 hours into this game and I'm only at the desert with my first and second characters...

I found a new Quest right outside of Ascalon City that rewards 2000 xp. I'm pretty sure it wasn't there before the update...

^^^ Nope, it was there before.

I can't remember the name of the quest, but I know which one you're talking about.
Unless, of course, a second 2000 EXP quest was added that I don't know about.

there was 2-2000xp quests: Dukes daughter and altheas ashes. 1-1000xp quest which was cities of ascalon...all other 2000xps are missions....they must have added one IF its outside ascalon

No...there was one quest, which followed after Cities of Ascalon. You had to be a certain level or progress farther into the game first (I can't remember which) but it wasn't available to you until later. I found this out when I switched my secondary and came back looking for the profession-specific quests.
